Mr. Kadir Cinici is an Associated Partner with the firm, in charge of debt management, debt financing and structured finance. He received his BA in Business Administration from Anadolu University in Turkey. In 1974, he joined Vakif Bank, the flagship of the Vakif Group, one of the largest and most prestigious financial services groups in Turkey as well as in the Region. Rising through the rank and files of the Bank, he became the COO of the largest maritime financier in Turkey, Vakif Maritime Leasing Inc. He also served as a board member at Vakif Brokerage, Vakif Factoring Inc. and also as a member of the Audit Committee of TMSF (the Depository Insurance Fund of Turkey). His project sign-off experience exceeds USD 1.5 billion and managed loan portfolios in excess of USD 2.0 billion. He started private practice in 2002, Kopru Finans another local affiliate of AA which specializes in diversified debt management and financing arrangements. Mr. Cinici brings in invaluable knowledge and experience accumulated over a lengthy and successful tenure as well as a useful network of contacts in the financial services industry.
